Vimla is the founder of VedaSante Health, speaker, published author, Ayurvedic and Mindfulness practitioner, a former NHS health clinician and corporate professional.
With experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, real estate, hospitality and education, Vimla has spent years inside the world of high performance. She has seen what relentless pressure does to brilliant people; she has lived it herself. Her own burnout, displaying both physical and psychological symptoms, became her turning point. It led her to Ayurveda, a unique holistic health system and to a fundamentally unique way of working, living, thinking and leading. One that does not ask you to choose between success and your physical and mental health.
What began as a personal healing journey evolved into years of dedicated learning, practice and integration of its powerful principles into her daily life. She also discovered the power of meditation and embedded the principles of mindfulness in her daily life, alongside building various resilience tools and strategies.
Today Vimla leverages her expertise in integrating Western and Eastern health practices, along with modern psychology and neuroscience to help leaders move from survival to sustainable high-performance mode.

Vaidya Meera, a highly regarded Ayurvedic doctor with many years’ experience in Ayurvedic pulse reading. She specialises in chronic disease management, women’s health, digestive issues and autoimmune conditions. She combines ancient Ayurvedic knowledge with modern health insights to treat a wide range of conditions and improve patients’ overall well-being. She fully supports the online 30 Days Wellbeing Reset and Detoxification programme as well as Vedasante Health events. She advocates Ayurveda as an essential complement to conventional medicine. She has worked both locally and internationally. She has a Bachelor of Ayurved, Medicine & Surgery (B.A.M.S)
Jovi is a qualified medical doctor and yoga teacher with a full appreciation of the connection between modern and traditional medicine. Her background gives her a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology and the science behind the body functions.
Through her private practice, she works with clients on a deeply individual basis, weaving together evidence-based medicine, therapeutic one to one yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic principles into a bespoke pathway toward lasting wellbeing.
Beyond her one-to-one work, Jovi contributes to the development of corporate wellness training programmes at VedaSante Health, with a particular focus on women's health.

Katie has been practising complementary therapies for over 15 years and is passionate about wellbeing and its role in supporting health. Katie is qualified in a wide range of complementary therapies, including aromatherapy massage, reflexology, forest bathing, sound therapy, meditation instruction, face yoga and Reiki.
Karen supports Vedasante Health with her expertise in social media management and administrative services. Karen is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience as a corporate Events Coordinator and Team Leader.
Holding a degree in Management with distinction, she transitioned to freelancing in 2020. Outside of her work, Karen treasures family time and her home is shared with three dogs and two cats, who keep her smiling and energised in her free time.
